Yes, your banked money will stay banked on your card until you’ve used it all. Once there is no more money on your card, it will need to be returned to Wellness Co.

No, unfortunately you cannot share your plan card with others to use.
You can re-enroll after cancelling your plan. However, the $25 signup fee will be collected again at the time of re-enrollment.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan. You will have to come into the office to do so, allowing us to transfer your funds to the correct card!
