Olivia Hackett is an Advanced Cosmetic Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Michigan University and over six years of medical experience. Her background includes critical care, medical-surgical nursing, outpatient dialysis, and a specialized focus in aesthetic medicine.
Her passion for aesthetics is rooted in the belief that feeling your best is an essential part of overall well-being. Olivia understands that when we feel confident in our appearance, it positively influences every aspect of our lives.
Committed to creating personalized, comprehensive treatment plans, Olivia takes a multifaceted approach to address the many aspects of aging. Dr. Lyndsey McMillian is a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine with over 14 years of clinical experience. Originally from Ohio, she completed her undergraduate studies at Miami University and earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from Nova Southeastern University in Florida.
Her medical journey has taken her across the country as she and her husband, Donny, moved frequently while he served in the U.S. Air Force. Eventually, they planted roots on the north side of Holland, Donny’s hometown, where they’re now raising their 8 year old son along with their two beloved dogs, a Frenchie and a Lab mix.
Dr. Lyndsey brings a thoughtful, personalized approach to patient care, combining her passion for internal health with a growing interest in Aesthetics and Wellness. Hello, I’m Theresa, a dedicated nurse injector at Wellness Co., combining over 26 years as a licensed hairstylist with 10 of those years as an entrepreneur owning and operating two salon locations—with a deep passion for aesthetics and patient care. With a clear vision for my future, I returned to school to earn my bachelors of science in nursing, ultimately achieving my goal of becoming a nurse injector.
My clinical background includes experience as a surgical nurse in aesthetics and plastic surgery, as well as general surgery, giving me a strong foundation in safety, precision, and patient-centered care. I bring an artistic eye, and a commitment to natural, refined results to every treatment I perform.
Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud mother who loves spending time with my daughter. I also enjoy working out, reading, cooking, spending time with my favorite people, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

Kurt went on to study at the International Institute of Chinese Medicine, in Santa Fe, NM, where he received his Master of Oriental Medicine.
